Lyndsay is an experienced Massage Therapist who enjoys interacting with others and is passionate about making a positive impact on their health and well-being. Lyndsay graduated from The Ontario College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto, ON in 2004 and is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Prior to Massage Therapy she earned a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from UWO in London. She uses Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, Trigger point release and has advanced training in Sports, Oncology and Pre and Post Natal treatment. In addition to hands on Massage Therapy, Lyndsay encourages self-care, exercise and mobility as part of an overall wellness plan.

Shannen completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology in 2016 and Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2018, both at Queen’s University. While at Queen’s Shannen competed at the Provincial and National levels as a member of the cross-country running team. She remains an avid runner, and continues to seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through involvement in sport.
Shannen is a registered physiotherapist who approaches her role in the healthcare system with care, pride and commitment to lifelong learning. She brings with her a creative repertoire of exercise prescription skills, a positive yet realistic attitude and a drive to problem solve. Helping others to achieve optimal movement independence is a focus of all of her client encounters. He has worked multiple years as a Physiotherapist in Private Practise with a special interest in Rehab Pilates and teaching Pilates classes. He is experienced treating a wide variety of patients of all ages and functional abilities from kids, to elite athletes, and seniors. Kubet achieved early success in high school track, but her Olympic dream was sidelined by a devastating knee injury. After a full knee reconstruction and a year of rehab she went on to work as a co-op student and then a Physiotherapy Assistant at her small town Physiotherapy clinic. Kubet graduated from the University of Toronto Physiotherapy program in 1997 and has been working as a Physiotherapist ever since. She is grateful to have found her passion early and loves what she does.
Kubet lived and worked in London Ontario and competed for Canada as a rower all around the world. She won four World Championship medals, and was a member of the team at the Sydney Olympics. She worked for many years with Rowing Canada travelling as a Physiotherapist internationally, and working locally with elite athletes. Her Olympic story is one of perseverance and giving back.
After the 2000 Sydney Olympics, Kubet lived and worked in Melbourne Australia developing an interest in integrating Rehab Pilates and Physio. She returned to Canada with her husband and two young boys and opened Skye Physiotherapy & Pilates in 2008. She maintains a love of Aussie wine, and the appreciation of a work-life balance, while bringing energy and commitment to her practice, her profession and her patients.
